Commitment To Quality
Emeritus Research is dedicated to providing a quality service following the principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and internally constituted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Emeritus Research has a complement of 7 Full-Time Clinical Research Coordinators who are formally trained in all aspects of GCP/ICH guidelines.
Clinical Research Investigators also undergo GCP training utilizing an Emeritus Research constituted training manual.
Quality Management Program
Quality Assurance – implemented at all centres; assurance that all centres are compliant with applicable regulations
Quality Control – Regular, systematic evaluation of data collection, regulatory documents, monitor feedback & equipment maintenance, as well as observation & verification of clinical skills
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) – Based on applicable regulations & are established standards for conduct of clinical trials at Emeritus Research.
Generic Source Documents – Creates a standard for collecting data that ensures quality & consistency across all centres.
